Your First Visit

We’re delighted to welcome you to our practice.

Your first visit is designed to be thoughtful, unhurried, and personalized. We take the time to understand not only your dental history, but your goals, concerns, and overall well-being — so your care feels tailored to you from the very beginning.

To prepare for your visit, we’ll ask for a few details:

• Your contact information and date of birth 
• Your most recent dental visit and X-rays 
• Your previous dentist’s information (if applicable) 
• How you found our office

For a seamless experience, please bring:

• A list of your current medications and dosages 
• Your dental insurance information 

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in comfortably.

We accept most dental insurance plans and submit claims electronically on your behalf.

As a non-assignment practice, payment is completed at the time of your visit, and reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance provider.

Our fees follow the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide, ensuring transparency and consistency in your care.

Routine Visits

Regular check-ups allow us to monitor your oral health over time and identify concerns early — often before they become more complex.

Professional Cleanings

Even with excellent home care, professional cleanings are essential to remove buildup and maintain long-term oral health.

Complete Oral Exam (COE)

Every 3–5 years, we recommend a comprehensive evaluation to gain a full picture of your oral health and guide your care moving forward.

The Canadian Dental Association recommends a child’s first visit within six months of their first tooth, or by age one — helping establish healthy habits early in life.

Your treatment recommendations are based on your individual needs, not the limitations of insurance coverage.

We take the time to walk you through your options clearly, so you can make informed decisions with confidence — at a pace that feels right for you.
